Easy Access via Every Day Open House!

Welcome to Rapid City’s only Every Day Open House.  We know there is a common problem for many home buyers in the real estate market today.  You see, buyers are many times reluctant to call and ask for help from a Realtor because they fear they will either be chasing the agent down for information on a house for sale or the agent will begin to chase them. 

Every Day Open House solves this dilemma.  When you see a property listed with the every day open house sign, you can preview that property with out the fear of being pursued by a real estate agent.  Our pledge is to provide you with simple easy access to the property, answer any questions you may have about it, provide you with all featured information available including a Sellers Statement disclosing all the material ins and outs of the homes mechanical and structural systems.  All of this without any obligation to buy or fear of being pressured to buy by a real estate agent.

Properties with the Every Day Open House sign are available for previewing seven days a week at times between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm.  An every Day Open House attendant will meet you at the property when you would like access and assist you in entering the property as well as provide you with any requested and pertinent information.
